Learn to manifest more abundance using a few simple strategies that can make a huge difference in your life. Here are some ideas below.

Here’s a great way to move your life toward more abundance.

Find ways to embrace a feeling of gratitude despite your present circumstance. This is not easy when all you see is a big problem that you feel is impossible to resolve. In order to attract more abundance we have to be willing to step out of our problems, and learn to embrace deep gratitude for the small things in life. For example: instead of focusing on what you don’t have, start focusing on the things you already have. The more we do, the more positive things will start showing up in our life. Take time today to appreciate the small things you otherwise take for granite. As you learn this exercise with complete honesty your entire life will be filled with more abundance.

7 Positive Mindsets to Unlock Unlimited Success

Developing positive mindsets can open a whole new world you never knew existed. How many mysteries are in the mind of man that we’ve yet to discover? The mind is a precious wonder with untapped potential that transcends beyond our wildest dreams.

The greatest think tanks in history have marveled at the inconceivable capacity to uncover them all. Imagine the limitless potential you would have if you could tap into your mind’s infinite resources. Your life would suddenly take on new meaning with new ideas, innovations, and endless possibilities. Here’s seven things you can do to unlock unlimited success using positive mindsets.

“The mind is just like a muscle – the more you exercise it, the stronger it gets and the more it can expand.” Idowu Koyenikan

1 – Learn to use positive mindsets correctly

There are specific reasons why positive mindsets are so effective. Everything we see is made up of energy. Here’s the good, and bad news. When we focus on our dreams with certainty we can unleash a powerful energy source that manifests success on demand. The bad news is our point of focus can also work against us.

There are laws in the universe that are so precise they never fail. What we believe, and focus on most determines our outcome. Many of us have no idea this power even exists. The creative mind has no limitations, and because of this the possibilities in our life are endless.

With a detailed focus we can elevate higher frequency levels of energy to carry out specific commands at will. Developing positive mindsets with a laser focus on our intention is the key to personal success.

“To create something exceptional, your mindset must be relentlessly focused on the smallest detail”. Giorgio Armani

2 – Remove logical reasonings that set limitations

We are the only one who can put limitations on our life. These limitations originated from social conditioning in our childhood that embedded what we can, and cannot do. When you’re not aware of this you can easily put barriers around every corner of your life

The law of cause, and effect applies to every thought we think in real-time. Our mind has the capacity to think things into existence. It’s as sure as gravity! Your mind has the power to create the life you focus on most. How?  Simply bypass the logical gate keeper.

Our logical mind can be our worst enemy. For example: we know logically that certain things are bad for us yet we do them anyway. Our logical mind will justify them all while putting up limitations around every corner.

We learn early on to hide behind logic to justify insecurities, laziness, addictions, and several other things that give us a false sense of justification. When we allow our logic to dominate every decision we never experience our full potential. It will control our thoughts, positions, and conditions while defending our present life without any recognition for change.

The treasures of accurate knowledge, wisdom, and power dwells far beyond logic, or human reasoning. We need to go way beyond petty limitations, before we can tap the infinite power of the subconscious mind.

“There are no limitations to the mind except those we acknowledge. Both poverty and riches are the offspring of thought.” Napoleon Hill

3 – Use your internal vocabulary intelligently

What we think, and believe determines our life, and eventually our destiny. This is why developing intelligent mindsets are so important. They can either be a blessing, or a curse, and each of us holds the key to both outcomes. The unintentional consequence of negative self talk can literally sabotage our life. For example our internal vocabulary (self talk) may sound something like this:

Mindsets that cause self affliction

  • I can’t lose weight
  • I’m too old
  • I’m always broke
  • People avoid me
  • I’m not attracting
  • Why does this always happen to me?
  • Why do things never work out for me?

We could probably add several more to the list, but I’ll leave room for your imagination. Everything we need or desire already exist, but not everything is beneficial. Many people will spend a lifetime trying to fit squares into circles and wonder why nothing fits. The more we speak these seemingly light hearted words into our subconscious mind the more unintended consequences happen.

“Your words control your life, your progress, your results, even your mental and physical health. You cannot talk like a failure and expect to be successful.” Germany Kent

4 – Use affirmations to improve low self-image

We can’t keep planting lemons and expect oranges. Negative thoughts cannot produce a positive life. Even the most devout pessimist can occupy their mind with abundant seeds of opportunity once they learn to bypass the logical gate keeper. With this new skill they can create any life they desire overcoming, low self image, mental barriers , and negative belief patterns.

One effective way to reverse a low self image is through a technique called self-affirmations. This bypasses negative feelings one may have about themselves with positive characteristics they want to model after.

New research published in Psychological Science, a journal of the Association for Psychological Science, explores the neurophysiological reactions that could explain how self-affirmation helps us deal with threats to our self-integrity.

“Although we know that self-affirmation reduces threat and improves performance, we know very little about why this happens. And we know almost nothing about the neural correlates of this effect,” says lead researcher Lisa Legault of Clarkson University.

The bottom line is that affirmations work well for self-development. Learn more about changing your mental, physical, and emotional state using positive mindsets below.

5 – Take charge of your life with power

When you’re not in charge of your life you’re powerless. What good is it to have all the success strategies to better yourself without the power to use it.

We have an inherent right as a human being to create the life we want. And we must use that right with complete accountability to obtain any power we have to make changes. This puts us in the driver’s seat of our life regardless of the outcome.

This maybe hard to accept because the choices we make affects other people as well.  More accountability means more responsibility for bad choices we make. Especially when they affect those we love.

Our relationships have a detrimental effect on our success. The more we give the more we receive. The more we help others succeed, the more we succeed. When we put other people in our dreams we have a much better shot at success.

Only when we become personally accountable for our mistakes do we have power. Once we blame others for our failures we give away that power, and become a victim of circumstance.

“You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself. That is something you have charge of”. Jim Rohn

6 – Speak positive words into your mind

Every bit of self-confidence, or insecurity we have is expressed in words. What we believe, and speak determines our actions, and our actions determine our results. What’s the solution to more abundance, and happiness? We can either choose words that inspire us, or destroy us …. build us up …. or tear us down.

Our inner vocabulary either encourages, and strengthens us, or drains us. Putting a fresh outlook on life with a positive mindset can open up abundant success at work, and home. A kind word to yourself, and others can move mountains.

“Once your mindset changes, everything on the outside will change along with it.” Steve Maraboli

#7 – Focus on unlimited success

Focus your mind on complete unlimited success with detailed intention. Find out what you want to achieve then start moving in that direction at once. There are several methods for positive mindsets, but none will work without a changed perception of yourself. You can’t produce a positive life with a negative mind. Many can’t see the connection between their thoughts and their circumstances. They think things just happen by chance without realizing they are the cause. So what’s the solution? Practice speaking words that inspire you, and shift your focus on unlimited success in your mind.

“We have the power to unlimited success”

  • I am in control of every aspect of my life.
  • I’m successful in whatever I do.
  • My mind is at peace.
  • Each day I’m drawing closer to my dreams.
  • I’m advancing my life toward success everyday.
  • I have all levels of energy – mentally, physically, and emotionally.
  • Everyday I’m feeling more, and more amazing about my life.
  • I’m determined to make my life better.
  • I love people, and I constantly attract them into my life.
  • I’m creative, focused and positive about my success.

 Final thoughts

Make a list of everything you would like your life to be. Then appreciate it as if it already exists. Things will work in your favor when you use positive mindsets to better yourself. As a result you can have unlimited success in everything you do.

Simple Affirmations to Make a Positive Change In Your Life

Throughout history a change of thought has literally changed families, communities, nations, and the world. For many of us a simple change of thought would revolutionize our entire life. It would improve our health, our self confidence, our relationships, and our business. But how can we actually change the way we think about ourselves, and our outlook on life?

Affirmations have proven to be a great place to start. They’re an effective way to shift our perception of ourselves at a subconscious level. Many of us are unable to experience a better life due to mental barriers, and destructive thought patterns that hold us back. However you don’t have to be a total pessimist to benefit tremendously from using affirmations.

How do positive affirmations work?

AffirmationsAffirmations are simply positive suggestions with specific meanings to help override destructive belief patterns. When used properly they speak words of power, purpose, and inspiration into our mind on a daily basis.

It’s no secret that we become what we think about most ….. So why not think about what you want in your life? Affirmations are an effective tool to improve your results in every industry, and business.

If you practice affirmations on a daily basis your mind will begin to direct you in ways you never imagined. You’ll think of solutions to problems that seemed impossible before. Brilliant ideas will pop into your mind out of nowhere triggering creative ways to do things better, and more efficiently.

You’ll become more productive, more alert, and motivated as you learn to master the art of positive affirmations.

Using affirmations subconsciously

Affirmations is a science for those who use them properly. There is a constant battle between the conscious and subconscious mind. We may have good intentions using willpower, and brute force to overcome bad habits, addictions, and wrong thinking, but if these intentions are not ingrained subconsciously they will most likely never happen.
For this reason affirmations are an effective tool,  because they cause the brain to accept positive suggestions as facts. The beauty of this process is that positive things start happening in you, and around you without effort, or force.
After getting into a relaxed meditative mood speak these words into your mind. Focus on each word with emotion as you try to connect with yourself at a deeper level of consciousness.

Simple Daily Habits For A Better Life

Sometimes it’s the simple daily habits that can either improve our life, or make it much harder. Below are some ideas to make life a little easier, and enjoyable, while you move toward that big dream, and create a better life for yourself.

Daily Habits to Make Life Simple

  • Get present. Studies find the best way to stay cheerful is to stay centered in the present—even when it’s not all that pleasant. In contrast, a wandering mind and daydreaming can bring people down. The best way to re-center? Sit quietly for a few minutes and try some deep, calming breaths. Focus on the breath moving in and out of the body and gently guide attention back to the breath if the mind starts to wander.
  • Count your blessings. Think about or write down what you’re thankful for. Even if there’s not time to write down everything, expressing gratitude creates an instant mood boost.
  • Snuggle up. Climbing under a soft blanket for a few minutes might make us more relaxed and flexible. Researchers found there’s something about contact with soft things that just makes us feel better.
  • Do something nice for somebody else. Yep, being nice can help us feel nicer. Small actions—holding the door for the person behind you, sending a quick love text to a partner or friend, or donating ten bucks to a favorite charity—count, so there’s no excuse not to get your nice on.
  • Listen to a happy song. It’s quick; it’s easy; it’s an instant mood-lifter. Sing along (perfect pitch not required) for extra benefit.
  • Go somewhere quiet. Even if it’s just the office bathroom, taking a few minutes to sit in a quiet space with no external stimulation can do wonders for a bad mood.
  • Cuddle. Physical touch can decrease stress, make us feel happier, and even improve our health. For the single folks among us, don’t fret: Even a quick hug with a friend or acquaintance can yield benefits.
  • Hang out with a pet. Cuddling, playing, or just chillin’ with Fido can help us feel happier and less stressed .
  • Achieve a goal. Even small successes can have big mood payoffs. Toss a crumpled ball of paper into the trash can Michael Jordan style, win a game of Solitaire, pick up a pencil off the floor using only your toes—in moments you’ll be basking in the glory of accomplishment.
  • Give yourself a massage. A quick rubdown (focus on the neck, shoulders, lower back, and feet) can improve mood and release stress.
  • Meditate. Meditation is a quick, effective way to chill out and improve our outlook, and it might even make us smarter . Just a few minutes of sitting quietly, focusing on the breath, and maybe chanting a few Oms (silently or out loud) can snap us out of a funk.
  • Laugh. Laughter can cheer us up and decrease anxiety—and the best news is it doesn’t have to be “genuine” to have a positive effect. So even when it seems like there’s absolutely nothing funny in all of this world, busting out a big guffaw might just change your mind . Need help getting started? Check out the latest viral youtube videos, the Greatest tumblr, or anything said by Zack Galifianakis.
  • Do something new. We know, you’ve only got a few minutes; it’s not like you can change careers or fly to Iceland. The good news is even adding something small to a normal routine can brighten up a day. Order a chai if you normally drink coffee, take a different route to the bathroom at work, wear something you would normally never wear.
  • Dress up. Speaking of clothing: Buying new garb can amp up mood, but a person doesn’t have to drop cash to reap clothes’ benefits. Wearing the color red can boost confidence and self-esteem—which might just be the pick-me-up you were looking for.
  • Notice small miracles. Cultivating positivity and a sense of wonder can build positive outlook . Feeling stuck? Look around for small wonders (a butterfly, an act of kindness, something beautiful) or check out sites like Happy News, Good News Network, and Daily Good for a happier outlook on the world.

These are only a few daily habits that can help enhance your mood, and provide a better life. The point is not to try doing all of them in one day, but do some of them in your daily routine. I think they will make a big difference in your overall well-being. They can also help bring more structure, mental clarity, and balance with new things, new ideas, and new daily habits. This is the entire 34-ways to bust a bad mood in ten-minutes, or less.

7 More Daily Habits to Improve Your Mood

Below is 7 simple daily habits to help increase happiness, improve your mood, and ultimately bring a better life.

1. Munch on nuts.
For a mood-lifting snack, stash walnuts in your desk drawer. Or sneak salmon into your salad for lunch. They’re both packed with omega-3 fats, which may make people less prone to depression, and easier to get along with, say researchers from the University of Pittsburgh. They measured the blood levels of omega-3 fats (a reliable indicator of consumption) of 106 healthy adults and gave them psychological tests. Those with the highest omega-3 blood levels scored 49 to 58% better on the tests than those with the lowest blood levels.

2. Flip through old photos.

When you’re feeling down, break out your kids’ baby albums or pics from your favorite vacation. It may actually make you feel happier than a square of Godiva chocolate would. That’s what researchers at the United Kingdom’s Open University found after they examined how much people’s moods rose after eating a chocolate snack, sipping an alcoholic drink, watching TV, listening to music, or looking at personal photos. The music and chocolate left most people’s moods unchanged; alcohol and TV gave a slight lift (1%), but viewing pictures made people feel 11% better. To keep your spirits high at work, upload your favorite pics to your computer and set them as a rotating screensaver. Or splurge on a frame that flips through digital photos.

3. Inhale a calming scent.
Fill your office with a fragrant candle or diffuser to calm down during a deadline-packed day. In an Austrian study, researchers wafted the smell of oranges before some participants and lavender before others. The two groups felt less anxious, more positive, and calmer when compared with participants who were exposed no fragrance at all. Add a few drops of either oil to a room diffuser (we like the Scentball, available at amazon.com) and use in your office on stressful days.

4. Open your shades.
To feel happier in seconds, let the sunlight stream in when you first wake up. One study of more than 450 women found that those who got the most light, particularly in the morning, reported better moods and sleep. Got more time? Eat breakfast near a window that gets plenty of daylight, and put exercise equipment near a bright view. Some researchers speculate that combining exercise with morning light exposure may amplify light’s beneficial effects on mood, sleep, and alertness, says Anthony Levitt, MD, a University of Toronto light researcher.

5. Walk around the block.
If you work in a windowless office, make sure you step out to see the sun a few times throughout the day. “Studies show that people who get more light exposure during the day have fewer sleep problems and less depression, and evidence suggests that light can keep you alert and productive,” says Daniel Kripke, MD, a University of California, San Diego, light and sleep expert.

If you have more time, a longer bout of exercise may also spark a smile. “Lots of people skip working out when their moods aren’t ideal because they don’t have the mental energy to switch gears,” says mental health and exercise expert Jack Raglin, PhD, of Indiana University. “But the trick lies in finding the right workout to match the mood you’re in.” When you’re battling blues, try something low-key and mindless. “Studies have shown that even mild exercise, about 40% of your max heart rate, can lift your mood,” says Raglin. “So if you’re not up for the usual high-energy stuff, do some leisure activity you enjoy, such as digging in your garden or walking in a park. View it as mental recreation, not exercise.” If you’re angry, pick something that makes you focus. “As tempting as it may be, skip the kickboxing,” Raglin advises. “You can’t punch away anger. Instead, do something that involves your mind and keeps you from focusing and ruminating on what has you angry. Play racquetball, or take an aerobics class you’ve never tried. Learning new moves will free your mind from what’s upsetting you.”

6. Clear away clutter.

Disorganized heaps of paper in your cube or on the kitchen counter can make you anxious. For some, “clutter is a reminder of things that should be getting done but aren’t,” says Elaine Aron, PhD, author of The Highly Sensitive Person. “It can make you feel like a failure.” For a quick fix, straighten up a few surfaces in your office or in the areas of the house where you spend the most time. “It’s when every bit of space is messy that it’s most disturbing,” says Aron. Don’t bother to organize unless you have a chunk of time. Instead, arrange papers, books, and other detritus of daily living in neat piles or store them in baskets. “Just the illusion of order is enough to ease the mind,” she says.

7. Think fast.
Turn your thoughts into a race—it can lift the blues in minutes, says Princeton University psychologist Emily Pronin, PhD. For example, when your mother-in-law is driving you crazy, give yourself 30 seconds to make a list of all the ways she’s been helpful to you in the past—you’ll feel better fast. (If nothing nice comes to mind, quickly jot down other ways she bugs you; speed thinking negative thoughts can still improve your mood, Pronin found.) Researchers believe that rapid thinking may release feel-good brain chemicals—or it could just be a helpful distraction.  Here’s 2 minutes to a happier you.

Final Thoughts

All of these tips & tricks are an excellent way to bring more happiness, and improve your life. Hopefully some of these daily habits will help organize, and put some structure into your projects, and daily tasks. The best ways to avoid to0 much stress, and overload is to start out small. After all it’s the small things we do everyday that mold a better life.

How to Manifest Abundance On Autopilot

There are those that seem to manifest abundance with little effort, and those that try hard but never find it. What is it that separates success from failure? Our thoughts create the tipping point between happiness and hopelessness even though they seem powerless and futile.

Everything we think and believe becomes our circumstance and manifests themselves into reality. What we think can bring a life of abundance, mediocrity, or poverty. Our creative mind does not discriminate, it just delivers the life our thoughts tell it. Many of us underestimate the power of the mind and never realize that our thoughts create our own demise. What we thought yesterday has now become our circumstance today. The art of positive thought creation manifest abundance, and transitions us from despair and hopelessness, to happiness, well-being, and success.

“Creation is always happening. Every time an individual has a thought, or a chronic way of thinking, They’re in the creation process. Something is going to manifest out of those thoughts”. Micheal Bernard Backwith

Manifesting Abundance with thoughts

Thought creation is one of the most powerful tools to start manifesting abundance, and personal development is a huge factor in its effectiveness.  We can exercise creative visualization in such detail that it begins to manifest supernaturally into our life. This process is backed by science, and is becoming more, and more popular for obvious reasons. Imagine the possibilities if you could create the life you’ve always dreamed with your mind.

The problem is this same power can also be misused with wrong incentives and motives. Imagine a toddler having a loaded 357 magnum in their hand and you’ll get the picture. We create thoughts every moment that can have unintended consequences when our thought patterns are not in line with who we really are inwardly. What we tell our-self becomes who we are.

There’s also people who use thought creation for selfish desires to create riches for themselves without considering helping others as well. That’s why our manifestations are always weighed in correlation to our motives behind thought creation. It’s like a safety mechanism that protects us from being completely self-absorbed without considering other people.

Have you ever noticed that some of the most selfish people who count every nickel many times have or give nothing, while others give abundantly and prosper. The more selfish we are the less likely that positive manifestations will be released into our life.

If we never give in small things we will not give in large things either. It’s not how rich or poor we are, but how we use what we have. The abundant flow of positive manifestations are more likely to happen in our life when we use our resources to help others as well as our-self.

There is a law of abundance that carries with it responsibility. If thought creation is only to receive and not give it can choke the flow to grow and manifest abundance in your life.

Physical and spiritual abundant manifestation

There are Physical and Spiritual elements to thoughts that are so powerful they manifest directly in our life everyday. The simplicity is so easy it’s hard for many to believe a thought can change a circumstance. There’s a reaction to every action in the universe. On earth if you throw a ball up it must come down! We no physical laws like gravity but not the spiritual laws of God.

There are things we don’t know in the spiritual that go way beyond our perception of truth. This hits a nerve for some who believe that truth is only our own reality. If I lived in a cave and never saw light would I believe it exist? Light exists outside the cave whether I believe it or not. There are forces at work in the spiritual unseen whether I believe it or not.

People with extraordinary intelligence need science to prove everything! Faith would not be faith if it had to be proven! Faith is unseen yet can be spoken as seen in the spiritual releasing manifestations before they exist in the physical. The unseen spiritual world is powerful and alive working in us and through us yet separate in dimensions. Thoughts deliver in the spirit manifestations before they exist physically, harmonizing with elements that bring both positive and negative results. Our mind has the capacity to make things manifest abundance, mediocrity, or poverty.

” We do not need more intellectual power, we need more spiritual power. We do not need more of the things that are seen, we need more of the things unseen”. Calvin Coolidge

Creative visualization

Creative visualization can keep people from going in circles their whole life. There are delusional concepts that hard work “only” creates success. While hard work is good and provides discipline it does not have the power of creative visualization. What the mind thinks is more powerful than hard work alone. Everything created by man was created and visualized in the mind first before it ever became a visible reality.

Our thoughts are a creative force that can create conditions in the mind to manifest abundance, and produce a better life. This is hard for some because we relate to what we see, smell, touch, hear, and taste.

How our mind creates both positive and negative manifestations

We only use 5 to 10% of our brains capacity which means we know very little about how our mind actually works. But what we do know is astonishing to say the least. We know that our mind creates our reality, and manifests both positive, and negative results. We know that our mind(thought patterns) can manifest abundance in our life by simply changing the way we think. Incredible is it not. That something so profound is hardly even taught in our schools, and universities. Our mind is designed to manifest the life we tell it. If we continuously sabotage our mind with negative input then guess what? You’ll get negative results. And if you continuously reinforce our mind with positive thoughts we get to live an extraordinary life with more than we can imagine.

Final thoughts

The concept that effort and hard work produces success is only half-true! Without the other half the wheels wont spin. Thoughts are where a vision is born, created in the mind to carry out a desire. The power of thought can manifest reality beyond logic. Some would say it’s hard work, sweat, and tears that brings success, but were finding out now that the mind can do much more than our hands. Creative visualization and hard work are both necessary for success, but it’s and delivers  both positive, and negative results.

How would it feel if you could live happier without more headaches, and complications in life? To manage time more efficiently enabling success in everything you set your mind on doing. For most of us it’s not as complicated as we make it. It is more of a mind-set than some magic formula that will somehow make all our problems go away.

The way we think determines our life, and everything else in-between. If you don’t like your life you can change it at any moment you decide enough is enough. I’m going to shake off my misery, my past, my shame. my regrets, my disappointments, and start a new day with more hope, more gratitude, and more happiness.

Choosing to live happier

From this day forward I choose to live happier regardless of my circumstances. That’s what I mean when I say to change your mind-set. This new way of thinking will begin to heal past pains, and bring in fresh emotions that you have not felt in a long time. It may take some time, but if you have any desire to live happier never give up on yourself, or others. In the darkest moments in life remember ….. Joy comes in the morning ,,,,, gladness will have a new meaning in your heart once you’ve came thus far. Here are 4 uncomplicated ways to live a happier, and a more meaningful life.

ACCEPT WHAT YOU HAVE

Research shows that happy people have modest levels of expectation and aspirations — they want what they can get — while unhappy people never seem to get what they want. They also know how to avoid disappointments and how to generate pleasant surprises. This is because they strive for realistic goals and are happy with their lot. As Dr Jose de Jesus Garcia Vega, of the University of Monterrey, Mexico, confirms, we must accept things as they come.

‘We spend a lot of time complaining about the things that happen to us, but this is a waste of time and effort,’ he says. ‘To be happy, we need to enjoy what we have.’

ENJOY WHAT YOU DO

Happy people do what they enjoy and enjoy what they do — and don’t do it for the money  or glory. There’s no point being stuck in a job you hate, surrounded by unfriendly colleagues just because the money is good — people forget that they are allowed to be happy at work, too. Many spend the best years of their lives trying to make money, sacrificing their health and family in the process, says Dr Garcia Vega. Later, they spend the same money they made working trying to recover their lost health and estranged family.

LIVE FOR TODAY

Don’t dwell on the past, on things that went wrong or previous failures. Similarly, don’t dream about an idealised future that doesn’t exist or worry about what hasn’t happened yet. Happy people live for the now; they have positive mind sets. If you can’t be happy today, what makes you think tomorrow will be different?

CHOOSE HAPPINESS

Don’t be afraid to step back and re-evaluate your goals. Imagine your life as a story that you can edit and revise as you  go along. This kind of flexible approach requires positive thinking and an open mind — you need to actively choose to be happy.

NICELAND

Iceland has the happiest population, while Britain came ninth in a world survey

‘You always have the freedom to choose the manner in which you wish to approach any given situation,’ says Dr Garcia Vega. This theory is backed up by Ingrida Geciene of Vilnius University, Lithuania, who researched the happiness of people in 31 European countries.

She found that ‘voluntarists’ (people who feel they have free choice and complete control over their life) were happier than fatalists (people who think little can be changed by personal intervention).
Luckily for us, Northern European countries contain more voluntarists while Latin European countries such as Spain and Italy have a higher percentage of fatalists.

Final thoughts

To live happier is more about choice than circumstances. We have the power within us to determine how our story will end. Most of us knows deep down that God holds our destiny. But our daily choices have a detrimental effect on our happiness.

We get to decide …. We determine whether we will live happier, or not. And regardless of our age, or challenges we can make positive changes that set us on a new coarse. Open news doors, with new friends ,new resources, and a new attitude fueled with new energy.

When you feel good about your-self you can find your blitz. You can also find out what makes you happy inside. And with all that you’ll finally realize that it’s up to you to live a happier life. Read more: 12 secrets of being happy using research from 100 experts

20 Health and Wellness Affirmations For Healing

Using affirmations for healing is highly effective according to science. Especially when there’s faith, and deep emotion involved. Our words have the power to make us healthy, and happier. For this reason alone we should think more carefully before we speak. It’s hard to imagine that words have the power of life, and death: Proverbs 18: 21. We can use our tongue to build each other up, or destroy one another.

Behind every good man is usually a wife who has the capacity to love him, encourage him to do better, be better, think better, and do more than he could ever do otherwise. And behind every good wife is a husband who loves, and adores her. Both can make their spouse feel either beautiful, and whole, or unworthy, unappreciated, and useless without any physical touch at all.

Verbal abuse is horrible for those who become a victim of it. The words we speak have a detrimental effect on not only ourselves, but those around us. Encouraging words are like an antidote that brings health, and wellness back into our bones with a deep sense of well-being. Learning to use positive affirmations can literally change your life.

Affirmations for healing

There has been thousands of studies on using affirmations for healing around the world from many cultures, Here Dr Phil Shapiro explains more insights.

The science of affirmations teaches us how to send powerful positive thoughts to our conscious and subconscious minds and to the cells in our body as chemical, electrical, and magnetic waves. Through a simple maneuver involving free will and choice, we learn how to deploy our own thoughts to break through limitations, transform bad habits, turn failure into success, and activate our healing powers.

Our thoughts have leverage in the inner workings of our cells having to do with transforming disease into health. By using affirmations to cultivate spiritual qualities, we stimulate healing power. When we align our thinking with such qualities as peace, compassion, and understanding, we set up harmonious conditions for the healing power to do its work. The right condition for healing is a mere thought away.

The discovery that we are both the problem and the solution in the intimate proximity of our own minds is of enormous importance. A new level of responsibility and work is assumed when we learn how to apply the power of thought to affect any need or condition.

“Life is a battle between negative and positive forces. In the mind, this battle takes place between positive and negative thoughts. Following is a description of how practicing affirmations can help us transform our subconscious and conscious minds into a powerful, positive force”.
Dr Phil Shapiro

We do this by speaking encouraging words into our mind, body, and spirit. If you’ve never tried using affirmations for healing start practicing now. Words of encouragement can heal a broken spirit faster than any drug, or pill. When we feel depressed it affects our health. It’s the way we are designed. When we feel anxiety, and fear come over us it affects our mind, body, and overall health. That’s why it’s so important to speak positive words over life, and your family.
